What we are looking for:

• Experience in SMM (from 1 year);
< li>Understanding social media trends (Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, TikTok, LinkedIn);
• Skills in creating quality content (texts, visuals, stories);
• Creativity, initiative and desire to work in the premium real estate segment;
• Ability to analyze content performance indicators and optimize strategy.
• Organization and ability to work with deadlines and other performers

Main tasks:

• Implementation of the SMM strategy on the brand pages on Instagram, TG and LinkedIn
• Creation of aesthetic and relevant content for social networks in accordance with the content plan;
• Support of the brand image in the digital space;
• Interaction with the audience: responses to inquiries, comments, launches activities;
• Analytics and reporting on work results.
• Creation and control of execution of technical specifications by designers and copywriters

Not required, but would be preferred when considering:

• Knowledge of English level B1 or higher
• Ability to use graphic and video editors (Figma, Canva, PS, VA, Captions)
• Understanding the specifics real estate market
