About the company:

We are a store of musical instruments and accessories that is actively developing online and strives to win the hearts of musicians and music lovers on social networks. For this, we need an energetic and creative SMM manager who will take over the management of pages on Instagram and Facebook (as well as YouTube and TikTok in the future).

Main responsibilities

    1.  Strategy and planning:

    •    Develop a content plan for social networks (Instagram, Facebook ) taking into account the goals of the company;

    •    Use a professional Canva account to create graphic content;

    •    Use a professional ChatGPT account to generate ideas, create and edit texts .

    2.    Content and publications:

    •    Create and publish posts, Stories, Reels (for Instagram), similar formats for Facebook;

    •    Write clear and creative texts that match the brand style;

    •    Look for new ideas, propose collaborations and formats to increase reach and interactions.

    3.    Working with the audience:

    •    Respond to messages and comments, create a positive atmosphere around the brand;

    •    Attract new subscribers through organic methods and through advertising (if necessary).

    4.    Analysis and reporting:

    •    Track key metrics (reach, engagement, views, etc.);

    •    Compare work results with planned goals and prepare reports;

    •    Analyze competitors, monitor trends and regularly propose new ideas.

Requirements

    •    Practical experience of working with Instagram and Facebook(promotion, analysis, targeted advertising - will be an advantage);

    •    Ownership of tools :

    •    Canva professional account — for quickly creating a visual content;

    •    ChatGPT professional account — for generating and optimizing texts, searching for ideas and trends;

    •    Creativity and literacy: the ability to create exciting and quality texts;

    •    Organization: ability to plan posts, meet deadlines and follow up quality;

    •    Ability to analyze: understanding of key metrics social network (ER, CTR, reach, conversions, etc.);

    •    Communicability: readiness to promptly respond to comments and messages;

    •    Interest in musical subjects will be a huge plus, but not mandatory.
