SMM manager in HR ART Agency

We are looking for a talented and ambitious SMM manager to join a young team engaged in a very good business - supplying medical equipment and goods for providing first aid, as well as conducting trainings on first aid.

< strong>We expect from you:

• Experience as a smm manager/marketer from 1 year;
• Ability to create texts for various publication formats;
• Understanding marketing strategies and content marketing;
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn platforms and their algorithms, promotion tools;
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager;
• Understanding the basics of working in Canva, Photoshop;
• Knowledge of the basics of SEO for creating texts optimized for search engines;
• Understanding the needs of the audience and creating appropriate content;
• Multitasking, self-organization, creativity .

What will you be engage in:

• Development of content plan and promotion strategy in social networks;
• Creation of content for social networks;
• Launch of targeted advertising and analytics;
• Collaborations with partners and opinion leaders (search, cooperation);
• Account moderation (comments, messages, feedback, subscriber requests);
• Conduct contests, interactives and surveys;
• Analyze competitors and trends, monitor account statistics;
• Make reports regarding work results and recommendations for optimization.
