3dravo opens a vacancy for SMM manager to make our communication even more effective. This role will help increase awareness of our products, create an active community around the brand and ensure the growth of customer trust and loyalty.

• Develop a promotion strategy in social networks;

• Collaborate with the team (inhouse, outsourced) to create visuals and texts;< /p>

• Publish content and manage profiles (posting, scheduling and interacting with followers);

• Processing messages/comments and providing timely responses to requests; 

• Cooperate with opinion leaders and bloggers; < /p>

• Collect and analyze data (reach, engagement, site visits and conversions) and adjust strategies based on results. 

To be successful in this role, you must have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Knowledge of algorithms and features of working with content on various social platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc;

• Experience using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to track results; 

• Understanding the principles of content plan planning and implementation; 

• Have a creative approach to developing non-standard ideas to attract a new audience; 

• Ability to effectively communicate with the audience and work with negative feedback and requests;

• Competitor analysis skills and strategy adaptation; 

• Visual literacy.
