SMM manager in ALYaNS-UKRAINA, OOO, TD

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of SMM: at least 1 year.
• Understanding the features of social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook; the ability to adapt content according to the specifics of each platform.
• Creativity: the ability to create high-quality and interesting content (texts, photos, videos).
• Analytical skills: the ability to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and improve promotion strategies .
• Experience with content creation tools: Photoshop, Canva, video editors.
• Willingness to develop: desire to improve your skills and learn new tools. Desired skills (but not required): Portfolio with examples of your work (posts, videos, photos) li>
• Working with advertising campaigns: launch and optimization of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of promotion strategies in social networks.
• Creation of high-quality and visually attractive content.
• Organization and conduct of photo shoots, video shooting for social networks.
• Editing and processing of materials, publication of posts and stories .
• Communicating with the audience: replies to comments, private messages.
• Constant analysis of campaign effectiveness and improvement of approaches to promotion.
• Monitoring of trends and application of new formats.

• Working schedule: from 09:00 to 18:00 :00, five-day work week.
