We are currently looking for a proactive and creative SMM manager who will be a valuable addition to our marketing team.

IMPORTANTLY we consider candidates for FULL-TIME / hybrid employment.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You are fluent in the written Ukrainian language, you know grammar perfectly.

• Do you have experience promoting brands in TikTok (will be an advantage (!)

• Do you know Figma or Photoshop, Canva (experience in creating content for Stories).

• You can write structured texts according to ToV .

• You have experience working with opinion leaders (from the search to the creation of a brief).

• Know how to analyze ER content.

• You have experience in organizing photo and video shoots.

• You understand the basics of marketing.

• You have experience working in the beauty industry with cosmetics (preferably professional cosmetics).

• Keep up to date with trends in the SMM world and the beauty industry.

• Have analytical skills, high productivity, adhere to deadlines.

• You have 3 years of experience as an SMM specialist.

What to do:

• Develop SMM strategiesfor the brand's social networks (Instagram, Tik-tok) and participation in the development of marketing strategies.

• Track trends in SMM and implement them on the page.

• Writing creative posts for ads and headers for banners.

• Complete Instagram account management: creation of content plan, Stories, visual component.

• Duplicate content on Facebook

• Implement for social networks.
