MEGAPOLIS+ is Ukraine's largest advertising holding in outdoor advertising. If you have seen our bright videos on city screens, admired advertising campaigns on transport or caught your eye on stylish billboards, then this is the work of our team!

We are now looking for a creative SMM Manager to help us conquer social media and make our brand even closer to audience.
 

What will you do:

• Develop and implement strategies for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter) with a focus on creativity and effectiveness;
• Create cool and viral content;
• Track current trends in the world of social networks and integrate them into the content plan;
• Collaborate with the design and copywriting team to develop original ideas and concepts;
• Potentially develop your own SMM team: train new team members and coordinate their work;
• Work with the audience: respond to comments, interact with followers and create active discussions;
• Analyze the results of strategies and compile reports for continuous content improvement;
• Coordinate work with designers and other contractors to create quality content and implement ideas.

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in SMM;
• You know how to create viral content and keep the audience's attention;
• You are confident in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.);
• You know how to work with graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop or others);
• You speak English at the B2 level or above;
• A sense of style, creativity and love of memes are your strengths.

What will be an advantage:

• Experience with video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels;
• Understanding the basics of programmatic advertising;
• Ability to work with influencers.
