Redwerk - IT company , which specializes in custom software development for clients worldwide. However, we have our own charity projects that we want to promote.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work with graphic and video editors (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut).
• Experience setting up and optimizing targeted advertising.
• Ability to analyze metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.) and optimize strategies based on results.

• Creativity, attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
• Understanding trends in SMM and willingness to implement new approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of SMM strategy for various social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Creation and publication of content (posts, stories, videos) corresponding to the brand companies.
• Maintenance of publication calendar and ensuring timely release of content.
• Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns in social networks.
• Interaction with the audience: responses to comments, messages , working with reviews.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of publications, working with analytics (reach, engagement, growth audience).
• Search and cooperation with influencers, bloggers and partners.
• Monitoring trends in social networks and making suggestions for improving content.
