SMM manager in Media Development Foundation

Media Development Foundation — the center for the development of independent media in Ukraine. We have been working in the media sphere for 10 years. During this time, thousands of media people have completed our courses, programs and accelerators.

We are currently looking for an SMM manager , which will strengthen our Communications Department.

< span style="font-weight: 700">Main duties:

— writing a content plan and its implementation for several projects at the same time;
— creating visuals for posts according to templates;
— creating video Reels and creatives;
— communication with subscribers;
— analysis of subscriber activities and recommendations for their improvement.

Requirements:

— experience of working as an SMM specialist from one year;
— experience managing several projects at the same time;
— understanding of social network algorithms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn;
— excellent copywriting skills;
— ability to use graphic editors (Canva, Figma);
— English at B1 level (sufficient for writing posts).

Preference will be given to candidates who:

— know how to use video editors;
— have a journalistic background or experience in public organizations.
