What we expect from you:

• In-depth knowledge of SMM with experience in a similar position from 1 year;

• Good oral and written communication skills;

• Competent Ukrainian language;

• Level of English B-1/B-2;

• Ability to monitor trends and situations; 

• Light writing skills according to ToV; 

• Responsibility and systematicity;

• Portfolio with ready-made cases and work examples.

Would be a plus:

• Skills and experience in managing and developing channels in Telegram;

• Experience in creating and setting up targeted FB/Instagram advertising;

• Basic graphic design skills (Figma);

• Experience with the TikTok platform;

• YouTube channel administration;

• Experience of collaborations with bloggers and influencers.

What will you do:

• Develop content strategies and content plan;

• Generate ideas, participate in marketing activities, promotion of the company's products;

• Form technical specifications for visuals and text for posts (technical specifications are performed by the designer and copywriter);

• Work in a team (marketer, designer, copywriter);

• Develop a profile (increasing the number of followers, reach and engagement);

• Analyze CA, monitor the market and research competitors, collect information;

• Monitor trends and situations, create timely content for these information drives;

• Systematically fast according to KP;

• Conduct promotions, raffles and contests;

• Respond to feedback, comments, incoming requests, etc.
