SMM manager in Paradigma

We have two projects with different assortments. We sell premium branded jewelry and accessories online worldwide.

We are looking for a specialist to take control of social media and create a flow of customers. For our part, we are ready to pay well for the result on a permanent basis.

What tasks you will need to decide?

• Maintaining social networks for two projects in parallel;
• Work in accordance with the content plan;
• Daily management of stories with audience involvement;
• Communicating with clients in comments and personal messages;
• Editing simple videos for Reels;< /li>
• Daily report on completed work.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Twitter, Telegram , TikTok;
• Availability of Photoshop and experience working in it. 
• Having your own PC, because you will need a PC for work; one phone or tablet is not enough;
• Communication skills, competent written speech;
• Ability to select stylistically harmonious photos, illustrations, color solutions;
• Owning tools for creating and photo and video processing;
• Knowledge of the English language at the level of a translator;
• Experience of working with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude;
• Experience of working with UTM-labels.< /li>

Working conditions:

• Remote work, we don't care where you are;
• Work schedule is free, work when it's convenient for you, the main thing is content execution -plan;
• If you are in Kyiv (or can come), we can provide you with goods for content creation.

Payment and motivation

For performing content - 100% of the plan — payment of UAH 6,000 per project. You will have two projects, i.e. UAH 12,000 for the execution of the content plan.

In addition to the payment for the execution of the plan, we will pay a bonus of 5% of sales from social networks. We will open up access to Google Analytics and you will be able to track the sales that have been due to your work (this does not include targeted advertising).
