Currently, the company is actively developing new directions, launching ambitious projects and, in this regard, invites team: SMM - manager.

From our candidate we expect:

• Knowledge of the basics of marketing, the basics of PR, media planning, SMM, work experience from 1 year;
• Understanding algorithms and current trends in social networks;
< li>Experience in working with photos, videos, the ability to create interesting content - we have enough events, we need to present them nicely, beautifully and "deliciously";
• The ability to write bright advertising texts;
• Ability to find a common language with CA, understanding what Tone of Voice is;
• Skills for editing information on the site on the Wordpress platform;
• Ability to work with contractors, form TOR for creating visual, textual content (if needed);
• Experience with Meta (Facebook) advertising cabinet, ability to use UTM-tags;
• Ability to develop a content plan;
• Ability to determine the pain points and needs of the audience and implement triggers in the content;
• Orientation on the result, an active position, effectiveness;
• Communicability and activity;
• MANDATORY literateism language;
• English will be an advantage.

Main responsibilities:

• Promotion of the company's brand and products in the company's social networks;
• Analysis of the target audience, trends and the market as a whole;
• Development and implementation of a strategy in social networks;
• Development of a content plan;
• Filming and editing of video content for social networks and corporate training (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Telegram channel: from ideas to implementation;
• Social media management (FB, Instagram, site (news), with TikTok and Youtube);
• Increasing engagement/reach with followers;
• Promotion with the goal of increasing the number of targeted leads, followers and their level of engagement. Launching advertisements, moderating comments in social networks;
• Analysis of content success, weekly analysis of the effectiveness of each of the pages;
• Organizing and conducting live broadcasts, filming for Instagram Reels and;
• li>Analyze trends, posts, creatives on our topic;
• Work with opinion leaders (bloggers, influencers);
• Working with the analysis and optimization of key indicators (working with analytical tools);
• Offering creative ideas and forecasting future trends and their reproduction;
• Communication and cooperation with other company departments.
