Requirements:

• experience in the SMM industry from 1 year;
• understanding of Fb, Instagram, Tik Tok algorithms:
• skills in developing and implementing SMM and content strategies;
• ability to write interesting texts for the target audience;
• ability to create and edit video content;
• knowledge and experience in Photoshop/Canva/Figma (in any of the graphic editors for creating pictures on social networks);
• ability to shoot and edit videos for (Reels, Stories, TikTok);
• responsibility, independence, creativity, sociability and the ability to work in a team.

Basic responsibilities:

• Maintenance of pages in social networks — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (crosspost)
• Development of a content plan and its implementation.

• Communication with the marketing team and timely fulfillment of deadlines.
• Monitoring of hotel content for current formats.
