We are currently looking for an SMM specialist to help us make social media our
strongest channel of cruise sales in Ukraine

Work format

• Office + remote

Payment

What will be required to do Social networks

• Maintain Instagram / TikTok / Facebook
• Publish content according to the content plan
• Duplicate and adapt content for different platforms

Promotion of offers

• Placing cruises in:
  • Telegram groups
  • Viber
  • WhatsApp
• Working with traffic and engagement

Visual and style

• Formation of a unified style of pages
• Creation of templates (posts / stories / covers)
• Visual quality control

Content

• Entertaining (about cruises, lifestyle)
• News of the cruise world
• Selling posts (with prices, offers, promotions)

It is important: the content should sell, not just “be beautiful”

Who we are looking for Mandatory:

• SMM experience from 1 year
• Understanding Instagram / TikTok trends
• Ability to create visuals (Canva / Photoshop / Figma)
• Independence and responsibility

Will be a big plus:

• Experience in tourism / lifestyle / luxury
• Understanding sales through content
• Experience with Telegram channels

We will not be suitable if you:

• make “just beautiful posts” without results
• do not understand how content affects sales
• require constant supervision
