SMM & Community Manager in DOU

Hello! We are looking for an SMM & Community Manager (full-time, remote) to work with the DOU community and social networks. This position is for someone who has experience working with viral content and is willing to create discussions, polls, memes on a daily basis, knows how to plan their time, and is willing to interact with the community a lot. What you need to do: Create discussions and topics on DOU: technical and non-technical It is necessary to keep abreast of current news and trends in Ukrainian and global IT. Manage DOU social networks: experience with Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook is a must. Develop technical community channels (QA, Front-end, DevOps, etc.).Moderate the DOU Forum, communicate with IT people and build your own network.Promote large DOU projects with the team (conference, salary analytics, etc.)Dedicate a lot of time to work (most likely, work in DOU cannot be combined with other employment). You are our candidate if: You are interested in the development of Ukrainian IT and technologies. You are in Ukraine. The position requires attending offline DOU events (conferences, meetups, etc.), so we consider only those who can attend. You speak and write Ukrainian fluently. A high level of literacy, attention to errors and typos is required. You know Figma or Canva, and you also have experience with Facebook advertising. You can't sit still without sharing the news with the team and the community. jump into work as needed and without reminders. Willing to work full-time and be in touch.
