SMM and marketer for the blog in Horoshko E.V., FOP

I am looking for an SMM specialist and a marketer (maybe in one person or two people) to help run my personal blog. Remote cooperation is possible.

SMM:
Design of pages, design of covers in my style (use of ready-made selected colors and fonts). Answers to basic questions in Direct and comments, except for personal ones and those that require my competence (there are templates for stories), cross-posting of videos in Tiktok. 
Video editing for reels.
Search for interesting ideas for content.
Finished content is uploaded to Google Drive.
Creating a content plan that I approve a month in advance. Posting in the first half of 2-3 days per week with storytelling (4-7 stories).
Analytics at the end of the month.

Marketer:
The task is to increase sales of my products, without my involvement, automation of processes. Creation of a promotion strategy and new ideas for content, due to the analysis of audience requests, comments - on the basis of this, also offer new services - lectures, guides, etc.
Search for trending ideas for content. Search of bloggers for cooperation, collaborations.
