Sargent Logistics, Inc., is an American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest, and the East Coast.

Our company is currently looking for an SMM who’ll have to boost our social media in order to build employee branding and attract qualified employees. 

Requirements:

• previous experience of successful management of 2-3 projects; 

• deep knowledge of major social media platforms; 

• expertise in content creation tools and basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools); 

• creativity, time management, and multitasking skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement an effective content strategy to promote the company’s social media accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, with a strong emphasis on enhancing employer brand awareness;

• Set up and monitor advertising campaigns, including regular analysis and optimization, to achieve the best possible results;

• Introduce new content formats, test various approaches and creative ideas to help the company maintain a high level of audience interaction. 

Would be a plus:

• good verbal and written English;
• experience working for the US market;
• previous experience working on the Marketing position;
• experience of building an employee brand.
