Requirements for our candidate:

• Experience in the field of SMM and communications for at least 2 years.

• Knowledge of the basics of working with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level, copywriting skills. English is a significant advantage.

• Understanding the specifics of public health and social advertising will be an advantage.

• Skills in working with analytical tools and SMM platforms (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, etc.).

• Basic skills in working with graphic editors (Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop) are not required, but will be an advantage.

Tasks

• Content creation:
  Writing text materials that match the style and tone of the Public Health Center brand.
  Editing and adapting texts prepared by experts in order to increase their accessibility for the audience.
  Working with comments.
  Placing informational materials on the institution's official website.
  Planning:
  Development and maintenance of content plans for social networks.
  Analysis of information trends and events, important for the field of public health, with the aim of forming relevant content.
  Information campaigns:
  Collaboration with the team in creating information campaigns aimed at raising awareness of important public health topics.
  Help in the preparation of media plans and organization of activities in social networks.
  Evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns, providing reports and suggestions for improving campaigns.
  Statistics:< /span>
  Track engagement metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and social media trends.
  Systematic analysis of feedback and comments from the audience.
  Preparation of monthly reports on page activity and content effectiveness.
  Working with information risks and threats:
  Prompt response to disinformation and fake news related to the activities of the Center for Public Health.
  Conducting educational activities to refute misconceptions about public health issues.
  Interaction with the team to build anti-crisis communications.
  Additional duties:
  Conducting regular audience research to improve communication strategies.
  Interaction with other departments to collect necessary information and coordinate communications.
  Tracking new trends in social networks, introducing new content formats to increase interest and engage the audience.
