Hello! We are a Ukrainian company "KoDrive" LLC, which owns the website inBus.ua - a service for selling bus tickets online. We supply bus station software for ticketing and dispatching of bus routes. In connection with the expansion of our friendly team, we are looking for a manager of the support service of the site, passenger consultation on flights and tickets via online chat, mail, messengers and in telephone mode.
What responsibilities:
- consultation of customers in online chats, messengers.
- work in SRM programs, recording information.
- reception of incoming calls and consultation of potential passengers.
- interaction with carriers and agents on matters of flights and tickets.
Conditions:
- work in a comfortable office with a convenient location (1 minute from the Boyov stop), night shifts can be worked remotely from home.
- night and day shifts (08-20 and 20-08, 10-15 shifts per month, 1/2 or 2/2 depending on the month, UAH 110/hour)

If you:
- have clear diction, speak fluent Ukrainian and know how to write competently;
- very communicative and friendly;
- able to work independently and make decisions;
- able to work with basic computer programs;
