Functional:

< li>Analysis of project documentation;
• Organization of preparatory work;
• Organization of the construction site;
• Organization of construction (foundations, piles, technological passages), installation (electrical equipment ) and commissioning works;
• Organization of construction technical supervision works;
• Management of construction pace;
• Issue of reports on construction progress;
• Organization of meetings and meetings;
• Control of acceptance of TMC;
• Organization of tests and measurements in the construction process;
• Acceptance of executive documentation, acts of completed works, etc.< /li>

Wishes for the candidate's experience:

• Work experience in in the field of industrial construction;
• Knowledge of the technology of construction works (road works, organization of piles, reinforcement, concreting, etc.);
• Knowledge of the stages of construction works;
• Experience working with external auditors;
• Experience of working with subcontractors;
• Experience of working with technical documentation (acts, protocols);
• Experience of working with foreign companies;< /li>
• Experience in the organization and control of work on the site;
• Experience in the industry - at least 3 years;
• Higher education;
• English – Intermediate (B1);
• Driver's license - category B.
