Responsibilities:

Administration of the site: posting of content (texts, photos, videos).

Processing requests from customers via the site, chat or e-mail.

Maintenance of the customer base, processing of requests, answering questions.

Updating the catalog of goods/services: adding new items, editing information.

Monitoring the correct operation of the site, basic elimination of technical malfunctions.

Interaction with technical support or site developers (if necessary).

Analysis of site traffic (Google Analytics, other tools).

Requirements:

Understanding the basics of working with sites (CMS: WordPress, OpenCart, Shopify or others).

Experience with graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop - base level).

Skills in working with office programs (Excel, Google Docs).

Communication, customer orientation.

Attention to details, organization.
