Site and application manager, site analyst in KLR Bus

We are looking for a responsible, organized Site and application manager.

Main duties:

• Managing content on the website and mobile application, updating information, goods and services.
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Ensuring smooth operation of the site and application, performance monitoring.
• Coordinating work with developers to update functionality and eliminate technical errors.
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Optimizing user experience (UX/UI) to improve customer interaction.
< li>Analyzing user behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and implementing improvements based on the data obtained.
• SEO support and tuning to improve search visibility.
• Management of integrations with CRM-systems, payment services and other tools.

• Supporting users and solving technical issues related to the site and application.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience : a minimum of 2 years as a site manager, application or similar position.
• Knowledge of technologies : understanding of the working principles of HTML, basic skills in working with CMS and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• SEO and analytics: experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEO optimization skills.
• Technical literacy : understanding of the principles of websites and applications, ability to work with technical teams.
• Project Management : skills in coordination and management of site/application development processes, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an advantage.
• < b style="font-weight: 700">Communication and learning ability : the ability to quickly respond to changes and work in a team, ensuring smooth work between departments.
• English language : medium or high level of work with technical documentation and third-party services.< /font>
