Site acquisition expert in lifecell

We are looking for a site acquisition expert in Poltava,who will join our team lifecell — a Ukrainian digital operator, which has been on the market for more than 15 years, which provides real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies, an international provider of converged telecommunications and technology services headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

Functional responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of the sites, coordination of the work process for the placement of sites and fulfillment of the terms of contracts in the Kharkiv region.
2. Coordination of SA/SM of suppliers/contractors and conducting negotiations on the terms of relations with owners, local self-government bodies, state institutions.
3. Formation of strategic communications with local authorities and owners on the placement of sites, preservation of long-term relations and conditions within the framework of the budget.
4. Coordination projects.
5. Checking the benefit of the Company and legal conditions during the conclusion/renegotiation of lease agreements.
6. Coordination and control of the owner's implementation of agreements during the installation/operation of the site.
7. Interaction with OMO for joint placement.
8. Management of timely entry, verification and change of information in the VAXIMO database.
9. Management of access to sites.
10. Responsibility for the budget, budget analysis and control.
11. Checking and adjusting the amount of rental payments.
12. Checking and approving SA/SM additional payments.
13. Compiling advanced analytical reports for company management, expert conclusions and recommendations.

Making proposals and changes (additions) to existing procedures and methods. 

Requirements:

• Level: Higher full
• Field: Telecommunications, Economics, Law, etc.
• 2+ years in similar positions for external candidates (preferred).
• Languages: Ukrainian, English - intermediate level
• Confident user
• (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, Power Point)
• Category B driver's license (3 years of driving experience)
