SINSAY Managing Specialist . Your role is very important, because you will influence the training and development of new managing stores. > Your tasks will be:

• Learning the managers on new Sinsay stores of brand and company
<. LIM> Workplace training in accordance with the corporate training program in one of these locations
• Participation in the creation of an original curriculum dedicated only to Sinsay
• Preparing Graphics and Learning Plan, Regular feedback
• Close cooperation with Sinsay regional managers and office departments

• you have at least one A year of experience in the managing store, deputy managing store
• You have experience in training, you can quickly and effectively transfer knowledge, inspiring others to actions
