• Ready to boost e-com direction with  promo direction strategy and its implementation

• Capable of leading a team of promo-managers, focusing on the rapid implementation of plans

• Has a knack for building strong interactions with different teams across the business (product / commerce / analytics / media)

What will the Lead Promo Team do:

• Creation and decomposition of promotional strategies into components and their implementation through communications, promotional activities

• Creating a calendar to support promotional activities according to the development strategy and coordinating it with the commerce team on an ongoing basis

• Organization of analysis of existing marketing activities, including analysis of competitive promotions

• Coordinating the development of creative materials, including collaborating with designers

• Planning and control over the implementation of all goals, organization of reporting and communication withby other marketers and stakeholders outside of marketing

• Planning, budgeting and coordination of communication support on all available media - from outdoor advertising to digital channels

• Management of a team of 4 marketers (of different levels of experience), including task setting and control, competence development and assistance in project implementation

• Promo budget management, including the evaluation of the financial performance of all activities< /span>

It is very likely that we will work together if you:

• have experience as a marketing manager, marketer, brand manager or trade marketing manager

• had experience managing a marketing team (including but not limited to designers, copywriters, media)

• You understand content creation (creative, implementation, adaptation for different media) and omnichannel media support 

• like to take the initiative and lead a turnkey project

• A team player who is not afraid to defend his opinion and explain his decision or position with reason

• live in Ukraine and have the opportunity to work with us full-time.

• You have interests in marketing, advertising, communications.
