Shift leader

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the performance of variable tasks of producing high-quality finished products according to the order and according to the schedule of transfer to the logistics service
• arranging workers by workplace, monitoring the work of personnel, observing labor and production discipline
• proposals for improving the work process, moving workers between production processes
• analysis of efficiency technological control systems, causes of low-quality production

Requirements:

• education in the food industry, more than 1 year of work experience
• systematic, logical thinking, aptitude for analytics, multitasking
• observance of sanitation, hygiene, safety requirements, equipment operating instructions
• work with 1C, Excel
• experience work in personnel management in production - desirable
