We help the population in all government-controlled territories: evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, transfer charitable assistance, we carry out monitoring visits, advocate for changes, provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces for women and girls operate in various regions of the country.

Responsibilities:

  • cleaning schedule control;

  • acquainting residents with the residence contract and rules, as well as monitoring their compliance;

  • making a list of needs for the shelter;

  • coordination, communication with social workers, psychologists;

  • communication with humanitarian, psychosocial, evacuation departments of the fund;

  • operational response to emergency or conflict situations between residents;

  • keeping records of residents;

  • accommodation of new arrivals, taking into account their needs;

  • issuance of hygiene products to residents;

  • food organization;

  • report on shelter activity;

  • assistance in receiving psychosocial support by residents of the shelter;

  • informing residents about resources and assistance available to them;

  • training on fire safety and others.


We expect:

  • it is desirable to have experience in an administrative position or in the field of social assistance;

  • previous experience with IDPs or in crisis situations is an advantage;

  • experience with less mobile population groups (preferred);

  • organizational abilities, high level of responsibility;

  • communication and the ability to resolve conflict situations;

  • tolerance, empathy for people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances;

  • endurance and stress resistance;

  • basic financial or resource accounting skills;

  • computer skills (MS Office, e-mail);

  • willingness to work in a flexible schedule;

  • first aid skills will be a plus.
