Introduction

During 2024 Ukrainian authorities announced mandatory evacuation due to increased offensive actions attacks on front -line settlements. The Kharkiv region continues to undergo daily shelling. More than 150 shelling is recorded daily in the Sumy region, and the fighting in Donetsk has caused one of the largest waves of internal movement in Ukraine since 2022. The ongoing conflict has led to the movement of tens of thousands of people, more than 15,000 civilians are still in Pokrovsk, a city located less than 10 kilometers from the front line. These civilians face the direct threats of the advancing forces, and without coordinated evacuation efforts, their safety is a serious threat. This trend is expected to be preserved as the escalation of the fighting in the foreseeable future. According to the UNSC Protection Cluster partners, more than 300,000 people in frontline regions require transport support and basic services. Despite the growing needs, the financial resources of local non -governmental organizations and civil society organizations that support evacuation operations are reduced, which creates a dangerous mismatch of the urgency of the situation. A holistic approach to fill existing gaps in evacuation from the conflict zones in the frontline territories of Ukraine to the relocation of IDPs to safer regions. This project provides safe transportation of civilian population from high -risk areas to safe places, offering not only physical evacuation, but also the necessary support services and temporary housing during and after the evacuation process.

to solve this problem our project is built On the basis of the Terra consortium, which includes only national NGOs, led by the Charitable Organization "Team4ua" and East SOS Charitable Organization as a leading associate partner, as well as the Charitable Organizations Members of the consortium. which coordinates the evacuation efforts with the realities of daily operations on the ground, providing more efficient, safe and decent targeted assistance with priority for vulnerable people who need it. founded in March 2022, Team4UA is a Ukrainian charity with experience of effective emergencies, restoration and innovative reconstruction projects in partnership with UN agencies (WFP, UNICEF) and international non -governmental organizations or charitable funds (Mercy Corps, TED). Of the 2.3 million beneficiaries covered by humanitarian aid since March 2022, Team4ua has implemented other projects such as constructionState school in Lviv using 3D printing of concrete. Former technological entrepreneurs have combined their knowledge and experience to lead Team4ua, using an innovative approach to solving the most important and long -term needs. Team4ua has considerable experience in the implementation of projects in the frontline regions of Ukraine or in the territories that were severely affected by hostilities, for example, on the border with the Russian Federation. Since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Ukraine, we have the most inaccessible areas or those where a large number of people are concentrated who need help through internal movement or return. Team4ua teams work in Lviv for administrative and financial support, in Kiev with headquarters and Dnipro for operating, monitoring and evaluation. /

Sexual Operation and Violence Specialist (PSEA) is an important position in the Team4UA feedback and protection department, which is responsible for ensuring the PSEA standards, forming a accountability culture and providing psychological support to volunteers local partners. This person will identify and respond to PSEA potential cases, manage the information mechanism, conduct PESA trainings, and promote the development and improvement of politicians and procedures. In addition, PEEA employee will focus more on the work on the ground, directly interacting with partners and volunteers, providing psychological support and services of PSP (psychosocial support) as needed. The PSEA employee will work closely with a feedback and an assistant on feedback, as well as present the Team4UA at a defense cluster and PEA working group meetings. Substituting the Protective and Feedback Manager directly, the PSEA employee plays an important role in ensuring the well-being of beneficiaries and staff, preserving confidentiality and empathy in all interactions.
