GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and host regions.

Project "Safe gender-sensitive space for women and girls", which is implemented in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of women and girls who are in a crisis situation due to hostilities in Ukraine . The organization provides psychosocial and legal support, humanitarian assistance, and conducts events on various topics to improve the well-being of women, girls and other vulnerable segments of the population.

We are looking for an experienced and creative sexual education trainer to join our team to conduct educational programs and seminars for various target audiences.

Duties and tasks:

• Development and conducting of interactive trainings on various aspects of sexual education (anatomy, physiology, contraception, safe sex, protection from sexual violence, etc.);
• Creation of educational materials (presentations, videos, handouts) ;
• Interaction with different groups of participants (adolescents, youth, adults, parents);
• Conducting online and offline trainings;
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Professional requirements:

• Higher education in psychology, pedagogy, sociology or related fields;
• Work experience in the field of sexual education is mandatory;
• In-depth knowledge on issues of sexual education and health;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Creativity and the ability to adapt materials to different audiences;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at the level free communication.

Personal qualities:

• Adherence to basic humanitarian principles such as humanity, impartiality, neutrality and independence;
• Responsibility and result orientation;
• Ability and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect during work.
