Municipal Enterprise "Main Information and Computing Center" (KP GIOC) invites candidates to the head of service.
KP GIOC- the first utility product IT company in Ukraine. We create new digital services, implement and administer IT systems for city services online. Among our projects are the Kiev digital mobile application, an e-service portal, an e-ticket for public transportation, an online parking payment service, the search for evacuated machines, payment of fines and many others.

What will you do?

provide diagnostics of service problems and build the processes of their removal with profile technical units

actively work with many stakeholders that represent different directions of ensuring the life of our capital;

Monitor the market, competitors and modern technologies to improve the functionality of products;
-
cooperate with product commands: developers, system administrators, datas analysts, Devops/Sre commands
n>To take an active part in the introduction of new services and systems -
t and our ideal candidate, if you have:

2+ years of management experience with the teams of 5+ employees in the direction of service support of digital services

ability to work in a team;

know English not lower than B1;

Unique experience with IT projects in the municipal industry;

Ability to influence the city's development directly;
