What are your duties?

• the main task is to close vacancies with high quality and on time according to the declared need. How? :
• actively use social networks, bulletin boards and other Internet resources (here you need to be creative in creating posts =), the more interesting and not similar to competitors, the better the result);
• establish cooperation with intermediaries;
• directly advise the businessof candidates (80% in telephone mode). Of course, you need to know your product well, its advantages and be able to work with objections;
• always look for new ways to attract customers;
• the result is the main thing, because your salary)
• enter the database, fill out reports and other additional tasks from management.

You are our candidate if:

• result oriented
• communicative (after all, 70% of your work is communication. And the result depends on how you do it)
• stress-resistant (not all people have a positive vision and attitude, unfortunately, this is true)< /li>
• ready to learn, make efforts. You generate ideas and look for solutions.

In general, it will be great, if you have:

• experience in sales;
• experience in employing people for border;
• knowledge and experience in issuing visas;
• personal experience of working abroad.

How much can you earn as a manager:

• our minimum goal for a manager is 10 working people per month — you will receive UAH 28,000
• our best recruiter in November achieved the result of 32 employees (salary more than UAH 40,000)
