We currently have an open vacancy for a Service Engineer/service engineers of industrial digital printing equipment in Kyiv,who will install, service and repair printing equipment on the territory of Ukraine

Future duties:

• Equipment start-up, debugging and configuration
• Connection/configuration/organization of remote monitoring system connection test and device management
• Installing hardware applications and other additional options/software/applications
• Customer user training
• Equipment diagnostics and maintenance
• Equipment software updates
• Organization, support and control of the actuality of the minimum inventory of spare parts and materials for prompt fulfillment of orders
• Reporting, documentation and work in systems, use of company information resources
• Training and certification
• Compliance with company standards and processes

Desired knowledge and skills:

• Secondary specialized or higher technical education
• Knowledge and ability to work with printing equipment
• English at B1 level (confident reading and understanding of technical documents< /li>

mentions)

• Confident PC and OS user
• Knowledge of the basics of printing and scanning technologies
• Basic knowledge and practical skills in:
  • electrical engineering/ electronics
  • mechanics
  • pneumatics
  • chemistry (various types of varnishes, washes and foils and their interactions with materials used for printing
  • IT (Windows, drivers, Network communications)
• quality communication at all levels
• the ability to bring the case to a final decision in the shortest possible time
• the ability to think outside the box, especially in the search for temporary solutions in the presence of current circumstancesin and restrictions
• Driver's license cat. V and driving experience of 2 years or more.
