Primary responsibilities: p>
Support and maintenance of all hotel systems (first line of support) transfer data and communication systems in the hotel, including IP-telephony, point of sale, systems in Front Office, Back Office, PC data and network connections, software updates and installations required.< /p>
Skills required:
- Experience in installing and configuring operating systems of the Windows
- Sufficient knowledge of the office suite MS Office Pro, antivirus systems, application software
- Knowledge of PC hardware
- Reliable knowledge in the field of construction and maintenance of LOM, telephone and television (IPTV) networks, knowledge of the OSI network model
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of relational DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, Sybase)
- Customer orientation, quick adaptation, independence, responsibility, initiative, analytical abilities, result orientation
- English at Intermediate level (B1/B2)
It will be a plus:
- Work experience with specialized software Oracle Micros, Opera PMS
- Experience of working with servers of the HPE PROLIANT DL line, PABX Alcatel-Lucent
- Experience in the hotel business
