Main tasks:
- Management of tasks and support of processes as an Owner
- Preparation, implementation and support of the process development plan in the company in the direction of KYC, assessment of their effectiveness and development of measures to achieve the set goals.
- Communication with teams of business analysis, development, financial monitoring, legal department, client experience at all stages of design, implementation and support of new processes or changes to them.
- Assessment of the effectiveness of implemented projects and analysis of compliance of processes with legislation and client and company values.
Requirements for the candidate:
- From 3 years of work in banking or financial institutions in the direction of building and developing KYC, CRS, FATCA processes.
- Understanding the principles and rules of building customer study processes in the processes of establishing business relations and service.
- Experience in the development and automation of KYC processes in bank branches/financial departments institutions and remote service channels.
- Knowledge of legislation on financial monitoring in the areas of payment services and payment accounts.
- Knowledge of the rules and methods of work of the process owner, manager of implementation of changes and processes.< /li>
