Service development manager in Rockpay

Rockpay is a company that creates a new generation cash replenishment infrastructure - technological, aesthetic and reliable.

We have returned after rebranding to implement modern IT solutions and help banks to be more convenient and closer to clients.

We are currently looking for aService Development Manager.

What will need to be done:

• Searching for new partners and involving them in cooperation;
• Launching new partners on all channels receiving company payments (collection of documents, agreement and signing of contracts and technical integration);
• Development of business relations with existing partners (new joint projects, promotions, promos, etc.);
• Quality control of customer experience in all channels of receiving company payments;
• Control of financial indicators of partners and their improvement.

What is important to us:

• Higher education (specialties "Finance" and "Banking" will be an advantage);
• Work experience in sales banking products (required);
• Ability to multitask;
• Good business communication/correspondence skills.
