We are looking for Service Desk Technician to join our team in Kyiv.Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations. A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient.The Service Desk technician will be an integral part of the IT support team, providing technical support to internal and external customers. Service Desk technician will be responsible for handling first-level support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating more complex issues to senior team members. Service Desk technician will work closely with the Service Desk Coordinator to maintain the high quality of IT support services, while developing their technical skills and gaining valuable experience in the field.What your key responsibilities will be:Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner Escalate more complex issues to senior team members as needed Document all support interactions in the service management systemMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers and keeping them informed of the status of their requestsParticipate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skillsAssist in the maintenance of hardware and software inventoryCollaborate with team members to identify and resolve systemic issuesSkills and experience we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldKnowledge of computer hardware, software, and networkingGood English communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasksCustomer-focused approach to support and problem resolutionWhat we offer: A substantial degree of flexibility, allowing for an autonomous approach to performing duties Challenging and varied work Flat management structure Excellent team-oriented and international working environment Travel possibilitiesPersonaland technical skills development with certified trainingsPrivate health insurance Hybrid model of working If you see yourself in this role, let us know in an e-mail, we would like to get to know you.
