Service Desk Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to newly created SD tickets within existing SLA frameworks
  • Creating and deleting users in the company’s systems, products, and tools
  • Providing informational support through the SD ticket system
  • Proactively informing employees about the status, functionality, and malfunctions of company products and tools
  • Purchasing, shipping, receiving, and tracking company equipment
  • Sending equipment for repair services
  • Remote installation and configuration of software
  • Writing SQL queries to retrieve and provide information from relational databases to clients
  • Manually making changes to company product transactions upon request
  • Manually closing credit lines upon request
  • Analyzing, identifying, and fixing problems and errors in the company’s reporting system
  • Monitoring and responding to critical events in the DWH

Expected Results:

  • Independently provide high-quality initial support to users within SLA: a minimum of 50 requests
  • Independently and accurately create and delete accounts with appropriate roles and access levels in the company’s products, services, and tools
  • Independently classify incoming requests in the SD system
  • Make adjustments in the B2 system
  • Propose and implement at least one improvement in SD operations that will enhance the quality/capacity of the SD team

Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Russian (Ukrainian) and English languages ​​at least B2
  • Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Docs
  • Experience working with databases such as PL/SQL, Oracle, etc
  • Experience in maintaining documentation and reporting, including email administration
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong attention to detail, responsibility, and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop continuously
  • Possess an analytical mindset
