Main duties:

• Maintenance of computer equipment
• Information and technical support of users
• Installation, installation of software for users.
• Administration and configuration of the Windows operating system.
• Organization of audio and video conferences
• Configuration of copying and printing equipment, various software (client banks, reporting programs for accounting, Cisco VPN client, etc.)
• Accounting of TMC by direction

Basic requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in a position with similar duties
• VET in the field of IT training (students are also considered)
• Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, Office etc.)
• Basic knowledge main operating systems (Windows XP / 7/8 / 8.1 / 10, Windows Server 2008 / 2008R2 / 2012)
• Knowledge of modern IT equipment
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Knowledge of modern directions in the field of information technology
• Experience of working with client banks, Liga Zakon, Cisco VPN client
• Responsibility, sociability, attentiveness, the ability to plan and organize your work, the ability to work in a team
