"Service Desk Specialist"

Responsibilities:

• Processing user requests
• Distributing requests by support levels
• Advising employees on standard issues
• Maintaining reports and updating the knowledge base

Requirements:

• Technical literacy: understanding of IT principles - systems, operating systems (Windows) and office applications
• Experience with ticketing systems (eg ManageEngine, Service Desk Plus)
• Flexibility: ability to quickly learn new things
