  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Understanding of SDLC.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of microservice architecture (basic level).
  • Experience with logging systems. 
  • Basic manual testing skills. 
  • Customer-oriented, stress-resistant, excellent communication skills, focus on results.

    Will be a plus: technical education, experience with Atlassian products, mastery of Postman.< /li>

    Duties and tasks:

    • Collection and systematization of requests from technical support (L2). 
    • Processing requests, solving some of them independently. 
    • Ability to reproduce a request case to confirm it and localize a potential problem. 
    • Communication with Dev, QA, VA for prompt resolution of technical support requests (L2). 
    • Communications with the Republic of Moldova in terms of planning tasks. 
    • Formulation of tasks for developers.
    • Control of timely receipt of results (resolution of requests). 
    • Adherence to and improvement of appeal processing processes. 
    • Keeping statistics, identifying problem areas.
