Your main mission:
Provide uninterrupted work of users due to high-quality technical support and effective maintenance of the equipment park. Your work is a guarantee that each employee has reliable tools for the implementation of ambitious projects of digital transformation of Ukraine. 400"/>- prompt response to user requests via Jira Service Management;
- reception, preparation and issuance of necessary documentation; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>– performing basic repair and maintenance of office equipment (replacement of cartridges, cleaning);
– ensuring data security when preparing equipment for new users;
– participation in the processes of purchasing new equipment and repair services.

From you we expect:
– higher education (bachelor's or master's level);
– 1+ year of technical support or system administration experience;
- readiness to work in the office, in Kyiv;
– knowledge of Windows (including WSUS, WDS, DNS, AD, GPO);
– understanding the principles of networks and the TCP/IP stack;
- the ability to disassemble and assemble computer equipment;
– high level of attention to detail and responsibility;
- the ability to effectively work with monotonous tasks.

It will be a plus:
- skills of working with a soldering iron for repairing equipment;
– knowledge of MacOS and Linux;
- knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient for reading technical documentation.
