- Reception, registration and classification of incidents and requests from users
- Determining the priority and appointment of those responsible for the decision of the incidents
- monitoring the status of incidents and requests, ensuring their timely solution
- Control over the implementation of SLA (Service Level Agreement) and other agreements
- Inform users about the status of their requests and incidents
- providing consultations and technical support to users l>
- Analysis of the causes of incidents and development of recommendations to prevent them in the future
- Preparing Reports on desk service, including incidents and requests
- Support and setting up of incident and request registration system
- Introduction of new features and updates to improve the system
- Training of new employees of desk

Candidate Requirements:
- Higher Technical or Economic Education
- Knowledge Itil, ITSM
- Experience in IT Incident Management and User Supports
- Experience in IT Supporting or Administration of Information Systems
- Experience with desk service systems such as Omnitracker, Service, or similar Li>
- Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
- Experience with networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Database skills (SQL).
- The ability to quickly analyze and solve problems
