Requirements:

• ManageEngine Servise Desk Plus software package management;

• ManageEngine DesktopCentral PC management Plus;

• k

  configuration (management) of Jira Software;

  
  

• Administration of Atlassian Jira, Confluence; 

ManageEngine Servise Desk Plus;

• UBUNTU Server administration;

• work with OPM and APM monitoring systems? (ManageEngine) - elimination alerts monitors);

• Zabbix management.

Main tasks:

• ManageEngine Service Desk SOFTWARE settings from "0" with with the number of users 1000+;
• development of a solution prototype in accordance with the technical task;
• consultation of analysts on product functionality, development and configuration of the solution in a productive environment;
• training of users and support staff, writing documentation.
