Services coordinator / Vinnytsia in Veteran Hab

Since 2018, Veteran Hub has been supporting veterans as they transition back to civilian life. After the full-scale invasion of Russia, many veterans took up arms again, and we began to take care of their families and loved ones. We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator in Vinnytsia, who will take care and coordinate the work of the service team, ensure a comfortable environment and quality of service for our customers in the regional division of the organization.

A service coordinator in a space is a person who:

• Takes care of the work environment and coordinates the team of consultants, helps provide quality services to clients, ensures clarity, clarity, and timeliness of all processes.
• processes in the space, maintains a healthy atmosphere in the team and helps in resolving conflict situations.
• Ensures high quality communication between the team and clients.
• Works with documentation, accounting, organizes reporting and monitors execution internal standards.

What to do:< /p>

• Coordinate the work of a team of consultants: organize schedules, collections and solve current issues.
• Keep accounting documentation, check reports and help the team in their filling.
• Participate in the formation of business processes for the provision of services and monitor their compliance, organize interaction with other units of the organization.
• Interact with clients and ensure effective crisis communication during conflicts or informal disputes, monitor compliance with the Ethical of the organization's code.
• Evaluate the team's performance and implement improvements to improve the quality of service delivery.
• Participate in the evaluation of the quality of the services provided, monitor and analyze trends.
• Participate in the selection and onboarding of consultants, initiate training.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience in team coordination or project management.
• Ability to work with documentation, keep records and prepare reports.
• High organizational skills and responsibility.

• High communication skills and the ability to constructively resolve conflict situations.
• Understanding the field of veteran affairs.
• Experience in the public sector is an advantage.
• As an advantage - Experience working with clients, ability to find an approach to different situations.

Required: no ties to Russia since 2014.
