WHAT SHOULD BE DONE:
- Be a brand ambassador, inspire customers with adidas philosophy and values, provide quality service to store visitors
- Know sales goals and KPIs (key performance indicators) of the store, contribute to their achievement
- Undertake training and apply the acquired knowledge in practice
- Maintain an open and trusting atmosphere in the store team
- Observe the necessary rules and procedures for the safe operation of the store
- Together with the team, implement visual merchandising standards in the sales hall, participate in the placement and replenishment of goods in the store warehouse
- Carry out the calculation customers following the rules of cash discipline
