What will need to be done: Manage the service center, adjust, optimize and standardize the processes of the service center, as well as interactions with other departments (financial, logistics, production); Coordinate RMA/Recall/Reclamation processes; Monitor compliance with the deadlines for carrying out diagnostics/repair works; Engage in budgeting, reporting, keeping warehouse records in the warehouses of the service center, their periodic inventory; Analyzing the results of the performed repairs. Requirements: Experience in managing a service center/department for the maintenance of electronic equipment or similar experience for a managerial position; Technical education will be an advantage; Understanding of warehouse discipline; Experience of working with European markets, interaction with international logistics will be an advantage.
