What we expect from an SEO Team Lead:

TOP match:

• Working with GEO: experience of working with regulated geos and understanding the specifics of working with domains in conditions of blocking by local regulators.
• Experience of creating a team from scratch.

  What will you do:

  • SEO team management: expansion, training, motivation and coordination of the team of specialistsalists.
  • Development of strategies: creation and implementation of SEO strategies for gambling affiliate sites focused on regulated GEOs .
  • Analysis and audit: SEO audits, competitor analysis, development and implementation of recommendations to improve positions.
  • Site portfolio management: control of creation of new sites, optimization of existing ones, cleaning « dead" domains.
  • Interaction with the team: coordination with developers and copywriters to achieve SEO goals.
  • Adapting to changes: tracking changes in search engine algorithms and quickly adapting strategies .
  • Promotion of sites to the TOP: ensuring the presence of "live" sites in TOP 20-30 and work on increasing their visibility (average position).
  • Crisis management: development and implementation of plans to quickly restore visibility and traffic after blocking domains or other sudden changes in search results.
