SEO Specialist - Storyby in SKELAR

Storyby is an entertainment tech company that turns original ideas into stories in novels, vertical films and immersive audio books. 10+ million people around the world read, watch and listen to our content.

There are three products in the Storyby ecosystem:

• DramaShorts is a streaming vertical movie with 1 million fans every month (own production in Europe and the USA).

• AlphaNovel is a platform of novels and immersive audio books with a library of 20 thousand+ works.

• StorybyWriter is a publishing platform for 25 thousand+ authors; we screen the strongest stories for DramaShorts.

We are currently looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team and be responsible for the SEO direction of all Storyby ecosystem products.

What are the challenges expect:
— Development and implementation of SEO strategy for all Storyby products (DramaShorts,
AlphaNovel, StorybyWriter) in Tier-1 markets (mainly USA);
— Conducting technical SEO audits of sites, identifying and eliminating technical
problems. Preparation of technical tasks for developers;
— Providing optimal site architecture to support crawling and
indexing by search engines;
— Collection and clustering of the semantic core, creation of content plans and TK for
copywriters;
— Construction of effective content architecture for all sites of the ecosystem;
— Development and implementation of link building strategy: planning and cooperation with
link builders to obtain quality backlinks;
— Trend and competitor analysis, integration of new SEO practices into team work;
— Tracking, analytics and reporting on SEO performance: organic traffic, positions, conversions, ROI;
— Shaping SEO content production processes, including delegation, AI integration and quality validation;
— Understanding and working with SERM (reputation management in search engines).

What is important to us:
— 2+ years of experience in SEO with proven results of growing organic
traffic and conversions;
— Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization;
— Experience working with projects in Tier-1 markets (USA, UK);
— Knowledge of search algorithms and SEO best practices; awareness of Google trends and updates;
— Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog and/or similar;
— Experience with content, including AI tools;
— English B2+ for effective work with English-language content;
— Stronganalytical abilities, the ability to structure and present information in an understandable format.

It will be a plus:
— SEO experience promoting products in the niche of entertainment, media or content
platforms;
— Experience working with ASO (optimization for the App Store / Google Play);
— Understanding the specifics of SERM and digital PR;
— Experience in managing freelancers (copywriters, link builders).
