It is important for us:

• You have 3+ years of experience as an SEO specialist and in project management.
• You clearly understand the principles of Google ranking and know what affects the site's position (text, behavioral and commercial factors).
• You know how to build and implement effective promotion strategies.
• Good command of Screaming Frog, aHrefs, Serpstat tools, and also worked with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• You know SEranking, SpySerp ranking systems.
• You have experience in external site optimization and interaction with copywriters, content managers and programmers.
• You work confidently in Google Spreadsheets — the main working tool of an SEO specialist.

What will you do?

• Lead and promote projects, from the first analysis to stable growth of positions;
• Collect and competently cluster the semantic core;
• Conduct technical audit of sites and create clear TOR for developers;
• Optimize the content on the site and form high-quality TK for copywriters;
• Deal with external optimization — from exchanges to individual solutions;
• Plan and analyze results, create strategies, estimate budgets, monitor performance and track positions;
• Analyze competitors and find new growth points;
• Work in a team with a content manager, programmer and link builder, as well as communicate directly with clients;
• Prepare commercial proposals for new clients;
• Create clear and visually pleasing reports in Looker Studio.
