We are currently looking for a SEO Specialist to We have 4 powerful products operating in international markets:

3. AI job search and automatic creation of resumes and cover letters: We help people find jobs faster. We do this with the help of AI job search, automatic creation of resumes and cover letters in one click. The service removes routine, increases the relevance of reviews and helps you better position yourself for specific roles.

4. Technical talent marketplace: We match technical experts with those who seek their expertise - a marketplace where experts and users find each other quickly.

What challenges await the Seo Specialist:
1. Participation in the development of the global annual and quarterly SEO strategy:
- analysis of competitors and their main methods of promotion;
- analysis of trends and new approaches/tactics in the SEO market;
- development and implementation of the strategy together with the team;
- monitoring of results and timely adjustment of the strategy if necessary to achieve KPI according to the project.
2. Planning, distribution and implementation of tactical tasks according to strategy and directions: technical, structural and contextual optimization;
3. Searching for new growth points: preparing hypotheses, presenting them to the team, conducting experiments and drawing conclusions based on their results;
4. Monitoring the technical condition of the site using tools: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Chrome DevTools, etc.
Checking the implementation of tasks.

1.5 years: in an agency or in-house;
- Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Serpstat;
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors;
- Knowledge of optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the project; projects;
